Kenneth M. Rose M.D. is a Plastic and Re-constructive Surgeon who is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has been practicing in Manhattan for almost two decades and is an attending surgeon at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt and New York Downtown Hospitals. Dr. Rose has treated patients from every state and dozens of countries from around the world. He has trained at the finest medical centers in New York, Miami and Chicago and is very experienced in all types of cosmetic surgery including face-lifts, tummy tucks, eyelid surgery, liposuction, breast lifts/augmentations, and breast reductions. Dr. Rose’s expertise in plastic and re-constructive surgery has been sought by many national and international news organizations such as CNN and CNN Headline News, CBS-TV, Univision, The Star, Life & Style, OK! Magazines, as well as Prevention Magazine, The Plastic Surgery Practice Advisor, Les Nouvelle’s Ethetique & Spa, and My Family Doctor. An expert re-constructive, hand, and micro-vascular surgeon, Dr. Rose’s proficiency in all areas of plastic surgery has been recognized by The U.S. Federal Government, New York City and the New York Police Department. He is a member of the NYPD Honor Legion, an award personally bestowed upon him by Police Chief Scagnelli.
Dr. Rose is also an award winning photographer. He has won four international photographic competitions. His photographs have been used by NASA, the Royal Academy in London, England, and numerous photographs have been placed in books, magazines, training manuals worldwide. A marathon runner, avid bicyclist, and endurance swimmer, Dr. Rose understands a patient’s need to feel her best. He is also a talented chef, having attended one of the country’s finest culinary schools. Dr. Rose lives in Manhattan with his wife and sons.
